Axians Serbia is seeking to offer to the right candidate to join our team in the role of:

 Bid and Sales Support Specialist

In this position we expect from you to successfully:

  • Independently manage the whole life cycle of tender submission
  • Prepare offers with high standard and accuracy, in accordance with specific tender documentation requirements
  • Follow relevant legislation
  • Support sales activities related to tender preparation and monitor tender publications
  • Monitor the publication of new tenders and changes to those in progress
  • Monitoring the validity of bids (and contracts)
  • Collaborate with other colleagues/sectors within the company

Requirements:

  • University degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of the Serbian Law on Public Procurement
  • Highly developed analytical skills and strong attention to details
  • Full proficiency in Serbian and English (verbal and written)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowing the tender procedures for foreign funds would be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge of PRAG would be considered as an advantage
  • Public procurement certification would be as an advantage
  • Knowing the tender requirements in IT industry would be an advantage
  • Experience in ERP and CRM systems
  • Active driver (B category)
