Axians Serbia is seeking to offer to the right candidate to join our team in the role of:
Bid and Sales Support Specialist
In this position we expect from you to successfully:
- Independently manage the whole life cycle of tender submission
- Prepare offers with high standard and accuracy, in accordance with specific tender documentation requirements
- Follow relevant legislation
- Support sales activities related to tender preparation and monitor tender publications
- Monitor the publication of new tenders and changes to those in progress
- Monitoring the validity of bids (and contracts)
- Collaborate with other colleagues/sectors within the company
Requirements:
- University degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of the Serbian Law on Public Procurement
- Highly developed analytical skills and strong attention to details
- Full proficiency in Serbian and English (verbal and written)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Knowing the tender procedures for foreign funds would be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of PRAG would be considered as an advantage
- Public procurement certification would be as an advantage
- Knowing the tender requirements in IT industry would be an advantage
- Experience in ERP and CRM systems
- Active driver (B category)
